I learned so much about the communities of Peru and the overall lifestyle of many South American countries. I persevered through challenges, and it helped me grow as an individual. Alongside this, I learned tons of Spanish while being emerged in the community.

Because of this trip, I’m excited to explore more countries, and I am more confident in my Spanish abilities and getting around other places.

At first I was nervous to speak Spanish because I knew I was going to make mistakes. This trip helped me overcome that and learn to be willing to make mistakes to speak the language.
