Peru has deep and vibrant Andean culture that is quite visible to a visiting traveler.  We take it a step further and partner with an indigenous community on projects like clean water initiatives.

From the Incan capital of Cusco, to the upper Amazon Basin and the opportunity to literally live in the Sacred Valley, Peru is not to be missed.

My son returned from his Global Works trip more confident in his Spanish and in himself. It was a great opportunity to support another community, increase his skills, and learn about a new part of the world.

From the pre trip zoom meeting to the farewell dinner, it was a home run! The on the ground/local leader connection made such a difference from other international programs that Evan has been on before.

I learned so much about the communities of Peru and the overall lifestyle of many South American countries. I persevered through challenges, and it helped me grow as an individual. Alongside this, I learned tons of Spanish while being emerged in the community.

Being able to stay with homestay families was not like any other trip I could have taken, because you never get to stay inside a household in a different country. It was amazing to connect the two different cultures while being fully immersed in theirs.
