Camille Zwaan

Camille grew up between the mountains of Salida in Colorado and the southern coast of France, switching between the two places every six months. This upbringing instilled a wanderlust that has led her to live in six countries and travel to many more. When not working for Global Works, if Camille is not busy exploring another part of the world, you can find her leading backpacking trips in the Rockies, teaching outdoor education and inspiring youth to climb, bike, paddle, and live a life full of adventure. She is also passionate about eco-social justice and has been involved in many projects pertaining to education, ecology, health, and food justice. Besides all this, Camille loves a good book and will never turn down an opportunity to dance, especially swing or blues. Camille leads trips to open students’ minds to other cultures and foster a sense of service.
