What’s your favorite part about leading trips?
The sights of our students learning or doing something new and when they create connections with local students. That’s a very powerful and magical sight.

What’s something you can’t live without while you are traveling?
My notebook. I always take notes, draw, and stick things in my travel notebook. I really enjoy reading it when I’m back home.

Where is your favorite place you have traveled to?
My favorite country is Morocco, my favorite cities are Istanbul and Ciudad de México.

What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy baking, cultivating veggies in my organic farm near the sea, practicing yoga, running, playing my oboe in the amateur symphonic band in my town, and hanging with good friends in a terrace under the sun. I love my life in Valencia, but sometimes I feel that I need to explore the world, so traveling is a big part of my life. I’ve visited 35 countries.

What languages do you speak?
Mother tongue Spanish and Catalan, fluent English and Italian and basic French.

Fun fact or special talent about yourself?
I can make disappear an entire plate of gyozas in a minute 🙂

If you had to give one piece of advice or words of encouragement to someone on their first travel experience, what would it be?
You are about to have one of the most powerful experiences in your life. Don’t be afraid, we are going to learn, to have fun and it’s going to be safe. This adventure is a seed we are planting and eventually will bring amazing fruits. Just breathe.
