First, we provide a “Trip Kit” that includes all of the materials that one needs to begin promoting a trip. In it, you find itineraries, information on how to conduct a parent meeting/presentation, posters, and more program details. We even give you a script for your interest meeting! Second, “How to Enroll on a Custom Group Travel Program” is a step-by-step guide on how travelers complete the enrollment process. After we receive the first application for your program, our home office sends you regular emails updating you on participants. Then, your “Final Mailing” provides travelers with a detailed trip calendar, emergency contact information, trip leader bios, and more. Finally, we are with you every step of the way as you embark on your program.
